Terms of service

These terms cover your use of QuotaLark's outbound email and meeting booking service.

The service

QuotaLark researches the prospects you provide, sends email outreach on your behalf and books meetings on your calendar. We don't make phone calls.

Fees

A one-time setup fee of $1,500, due before setup begins.
A per-meeting fee for each qualified meeting held, at the rate agreed in your order form, billed monthly.
The service is month to month. Either side can cancel at the end of any month.

Qualified meetings

A meeting counts when the person matches the role you specified, their company matches your target type, they're not a current customer or open deal, and they join the call. No-shows are not billed. You may dispute a meeting within 48 hours of the call, and if it didn't meet these criteria it is removed from your bill.

Your list and your content

You confirm you have the right to contact the people on the lists you provide, and you approve the messaging we send for you. Your lists stay yours.

Compliance

All outreach includes a mailing address and an opt-out, and opt-outs are honored promptly. You agree not to ask us to email anyone who has opted out.

No guarantee of results

We can't guarantee a number of meetings. You only pay per-meeting fees for meetings that are held.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before a claim.
