What counts as a meeting

  • The person matches the role you asked for
  • Their company matches your target type
  • They're not a current customer or an open deal
  • They actually join the call

No-shows are free

If they don't show, you're not billed. We'll try to reschedule.

48 hours to dispute

If a meeting didn't fit, tell us within 48 hours and it comes off your bill.

Typical industry ranges and where they come from

  • SDR pay: median on-target earnings of $80,000 (The Bridge Group, 2025 SDR Metrics Report) and $85,000 (RepVue, September 2025).
  • Benefits: about 30% of total compensation cost for private industry workers (US Bureau of Labor Statistics, June 2026).
  • Tools: about $3,000 to $4,300 per SDR per year for a small team (MarketBetter, 2026).
  • Ramp and tenure: 3.0 months average ramp and 1.9 years average tenure (The Bridge Group, 2025).
  • Agencies: $4,000 to $18,000 a month for managed retainers and $150 to $600 per qualified appointment (Revnew, 2026).
  • Loaded in-house cost is pay divided by 0.7 plus tools. It leaves out recruiting, management time and data, so the real number is usually higher.
